It is only taken out at the moment we are going to process. Products that need further processing are stored cooled in containers on which all information is recorded, including the date of laying in. After a following step in processing, we also note the date of processing. This information enables us to guarantee that fish comes into and leaves our company on first-in, first-out basis. This is an extra reassurance for optimal freshness of our products.We can customize products in accordance to the customer specifications.
As soon as the vessel arrives to the factory, we check the temperature. The results of measuring are stored according to HACCP-standards. Besides the temperature check, we submit the fish to a visual check. If the fish meets our standard for quality, we store it in the chill baths.
Laying in, processing and packing
